The Adaptive FTO is a researched-based course that teaches Field Training Officers (and through their efforts, the trainee) how to become adaptive, agile decision makers. The FTOs will work with emotional intelligence tools to identify emotional trigger points and enhance the probationary officer’s communication and social skills.
