Yard Sale (8am - 1pm)

The annual Kentlands Community Yard Sale Event will take place on Saturday, June 10th from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and Sunday, June 11th from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Residents are welcome to the Clubhouse Lawn to stage their yard sale on one or both days. All belongings must be removed from the lawn daily. 

10' x 10' spaces will be marked off and available on a first-come-first- served basis.   

The Kentlands Citizens Assembly will be placing an ad in the Washington Post, on Facebook, Nextdoor and other local yard sale sites. 

Participation in the Community Yard Sale is $15. This fee defrays the cost of advertisement.

Register online and submit your $15 participation fee in check or cash to the Clubhouse by June 9th at 5pm. Checks should be made payable to the Kentlands Citizens Assembly.

Note:

• Spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. 
• Chairs, tables, tents and umbrellas are not provided.
• Be sure to price and sort items prior to event.
• All belongings must be removed from the lawn at the end of the EACH day.
