PLEASE NOTE:
In-person classes will be held at 800 Point Road unless otherwise specified.
Registration is required for all programs but only needs to be completed once to participate in any of our drop in programs. Attendance is on a drop-in basis. Come when you can, and stay as long as you like. You can attend as many groups as often as you wish!
All Drop In programs are free through the support of the United Way of Winnipeg (For Every Family Initiative) and the Government of Manitoba.

Seniors Connecting- IN PERSON
Join us for conversation and fun with our lively seniors group every Wednesday morning. Casual conversation and activities. A chance to connect with other community members. Free coffee and snacks.
Tech for Seniors- IN PERSON
Need help with your phone? with your tablet? with your laptop? Drop in with your device and we can support you where you need it.
Baby and Me- IN PERSON
New Parents Connecting. Join us Monday afternoons to have real conversations about all the changes, joys and struggles of parenting babies plus rhymes, playtime, coffee, snacks and so much more.
Wiggle, Giggle, and Munch- IN PERSON
Wiggle, Giggle & Munch is a time for parents and children to have fun together through active play, games, action songs and a healthy snack.
Stay and Play- IN PERSON
Join us for a session of parent and child free play, fun activities, snacks, and a great way for parents and children to connect.
Mind, Body, and Spirit- IN PERSON
This 3 week program will focus on yoga, breath work, emotional anatomy, and self care.
