The January 1, 2014 deadline for private employers to provide sick leave to certain employees who work at least 240 hours per year in Portland is looming. Bullard Law is pleased to present a workshop reviewing the
Ordinance and its effect on your business. We will discuss the minimum requirements and mandates under the final rules, and ways to ensure that your PTO/sick leave policies are in compliance before the new year.
