At this Workshop, we will review the dramatic changes the National Labor Relations Board has made in the last few weeks and discuss future developments that appear to be on the horizon. Planned topics for discussion include changes in the joint employer standard, the revised test for evaluating the legality of workplace policies, and the return to traditional community of interest standards for evaluating “micro” bargaining units. The presenters will work through the cases showing what these developments may mean for your business.
