2022 WGMSC Vendor Registration

Vendor companies may now register for booth space at the 2022 Short Course (space permitting).  Please provide your preferred choices for booth spaces and we will do our best to accomodate.  We will be updating the vendor booth map as much as possible to avoid any confusion but keep in mind that booths that show available on the site may or may not be available when you register depending upon which vendors have reserved booths between website updates.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REGISTRATION COVERS BOOTH SPACE ONLY, NOT THE PEOPLE WORKING IT.  PLEASE HAVE ALL PEOPLE WHO WILL BE WORKING THE BOOTH AND/OR ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE REGISTER AS A CONFERENCE ATTENDEE/PARTICIPANT.

Hotel Reservation

Our host hotel for the conference is the Fairmont Empress.  To book a room at the Empress click on the "Book Hotel" link below.  We have also secured overflow space at various other surrounding hotels.  More information on these other hotels can be found on our website.
