50K for Universal Play 

Now that we have all been walking more, it’s time to walk for a good cause! Just about one mile a day will get you all the miles you need to complete this 50K (30.1 miles)! Simply log your daily mileage and email your completed 30.1 miles to 50K@obparks.org. You will then be entered into a drawing for one of six $25 Oak Brook restaurant gift cards! All registrants will receive a log to keep track of your miles and a t-shirt! Those that register prior to April 1 will be able to pick up their shirts at the Family Recreation, 1450 Forest Gate Rd., on Tuesday April 13 from 4-6pm and Thursday April 15 from 9-11am. Those that register after April 1^st will be notified when your shirt will be available for pick up.The registration deadline is April 15. 

We strongly believe in staying fit and active while helping our community. The Oak Brook Park District Foundation is supporting Universal Play – an inclusive environment for all individuals of the community to play side by side with one another, regardless of age of ability. Half the proceeds from this event will support the Foundation’s efforts to ensure no one has to sit on the sidelines.
