2019 LPGA Amateurs-Rochester, Wednesday Victor Hills Golf Course
14 weeks from May 8th - August 14th (No Play July 3rd)
Play Format: Friendly Competition. Two person teams. The format is a combination of Match play and Stroke play. The higher handicap player on team A plays a match against the higher handicap player on team B, as do the lower handicap players. The winner of each match scores two points for their team. In addition, the team with the lower combined net score for the round scores an additional 2 points.
USGA Handicaps (GHIN or GN21) are required and must be active on May 8th . (If you’re in the process of establishing a handicap please contact Susan Hopkins.)
Price: LPGA Amateur Golf Association Members - $271; $20 prize fee to be collected by Susan Hopkins; carts optional, pay $6 to course week of play. Prizes are awarded for season long accomplishments for both teams and individuals as well as End of Season tournament with 9 or 18 holes with date/time TBD. The group meets up for cocktails and/or dinner on most weeks at the club house or another location determined by the league.
