ATTENTION CONFERENCE REGISTRANTS:  

We are looking forward to another great year! A few very important announcements:

1) Please note the posted registration rates and deadlines.

2) If you need to pay by invoice or purchase order: please email Sharna Williams to make arrangements. 

3) $125 processing fee for all conference registration refunds processed before October 1. There is a $35 processing fee for preconference refunds processed before October 1. NO REFUNDS AFTER OCTOBER 1. Contact Sharna Williams to request a refund.

4) Please send all disability accomodation requests to Sharna Williams by September 15.

WHAT YOU GET WITH FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:  

• Access to visit the Vendor Showcase on Wednesday, 11/4, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Plan to meet with reps from over 80 different publishers and vendors. List of participating companies coming soon.

• Access to all plenary and concurrent sessions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 11/5 - 11/7.

• Annual Conference Reception, sponsored by Gale Cengage Learning, on Thursday, 11/5, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the South Carolina Aquarium.

• Networking opportunities throughout the Conference, plus a "Happy Hour" mixer during the Poster Sessions on Thurday and Friday, 11/6 and 11/7, from 5:30 - 6:45 PM.
