NCalCCIM president returns from the war 

      2009 NCalCCIM President Michael Hanneken is back from a one-year stint in Afghanistan.  Join us July 10 in Oakland when he will speak about his experience with the 82^nd Airborne and U.S. State Department. As a field grade Infantry officer, Michael will share insights on the complexity of today’s modern warfare, specifically civilian-military integration taking place in southern Afghanistan.
      International donors and enhanced agribusiness may pave Afghanistan’s path from a conflict zone to a new emerging market. Michael advised the Dept. of Defense and Dept. of State’s Senior. Civilian and his economic development team on attracting international private investment.
     Through strong relationships formed at CCIM, hear how Michael was able to keep his firm active and working on California High-speed Rail and CalPERS Pension fund while serving our country overseas.
