Join us in San Jose May 22 as real estate broker and radio show host Tom Wilson talks about structuring real estate deals, including fundraising and syndications.
Wilson hosts a radio show, Real Estate Radio POWER Investing, on San Francisco’s KDOW 1220 am, the Wall Street Business Network, every Wednesday at 2 pm. Wilson is a frequent speaker on real estate investing where his candor and competency makes him an audience favorite. As part of his outreach, Tom provides mentoring to new investors.
Over five decades, he has bought and sold over 4,000 units and over $450M of real estate in six states, including three condo conversion projects, 18 syndications, 8 multifamily, 14 commercial, and over 600 residential properties. One of his companies, Wilson Investment Properties, offers high-quality, high-cash flow and commercial and multifamily properties to other investors. Tom is an active contributor and frequent speaker in real estate investment clubs. Wilson Investment Properties founded real estate investment club Bay Area Commercial & Multifamily (BACOMM) in December, 2017.
