Focus on Being & Self-Compassion
A Half-Day Mindfulness Retreat & Afternoon Meet-Up
Winter is the perfect time for inviting silence and reflection and shift our focus from doing to BEING. Join MC4ME for a half-day of mindfulness practices in a supportive community, followed by a networking lunch where Saline High School teacher Natalie Freeburn will discuss the implementation of a stress management elective using mindfulness.
Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Can I Bring My Own Lunch?
Only food being catered from the university is allowed to be served at our event, however you may bring your own lunch and eat downstairs or around town where there are many walkable restaurant options.
Group Discounts, Scholarships or Student Rates
We are sorry we cannot provide group discounts for individuals coming from the same school or agency. Full time university students are eligible for a discount. Email us at info@mc4me.org to get discount code.
