A Half-Day Mindfulness Retreat via Zoom 

Join MC4ME for a half-day of mindfulness practices in a supportive online community.  When we take time to give ourselves the space to breathe, we replenish ourselves. As caregivers who advocate mindfulness practice for youth, it’s vital that we nourish our own practice.


Will Continuing Education Credits be offered?

 There are no CEU's or Scech’s being offered.

 Can I register someone else?

Yes, after you register yourself, there is an option to register other guests.

What should I haved for the retreat?

Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and to wear comfortable clothes. 

Group Discounts, Scholarships or Student Rates

We are sorry we cannot provide group discounts for individuals coming from the same school or agency. Full-time university students are eligible for a discount and will be asked to provide a current student ID the morning of the event.

What is the refund policy?

We are sorry we cannot issue any refunds after ticket purchase.
