What:

FAWQC is presenting a virtual conference to inform the regulated community about the current status of water issues.  In addition, Bill Green, Cosmologist, will present on intellegent life in the universe.  Those that have attended Bill's cosmology presentations in the past know how informative and entertaining they are.
