Florida Penguin Back-to-School Bash at Countryside Mall

The Annual Back-to-School Bash returns to Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL on July 30th, 2022 with dozens of family resources, kids activities, thousands of free school supplies, an interactive scavenger hunt, free raffles, and the annual Back Pack Giveaway. Join us as we hand out at least 250 backpacks to local families, meet and greet local sports mascots, enjoy family entertainers, activites, and more.

Each of the Florida Penguin Back-To-School Bashes host dozens of local businesses from each community that cater to families & students. Businesses are encouraged to participate in the interactive scavenger hunt while passing out school supplies.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Backpack Sponsor - $3,000 Per Location

The title sponsorship integrates your special brand by putting your logo on all the backpacks passed out to families, includes your business in the press releases to local media outlets, offers custom social media content, and provides a turn-key event kiosk as your home base for the backpack giveaway. The title sponsorship is great for businesses who want to give back to the community but may not want to have staff members at the event. We can staff it for you! Scavenger Hunt Sponsorship - $1,500 Per Location

As the scavenger hunt sponsor, your business is one of the very first stops for all the families who participate in the event. Your brand is on every scavenger hunt form as families work their way through the event, collecting thousands of school supplies. And families get the chance to win huge prizes for turning in the forms at the end of the event. This sponsorship is great for businesses looking for face-to-face engagement with local families while giving back to the community. We provide custom social media content, branded event forms, branded signage, and a high traffic booth space.

Photo Booth Sponsor - $1,250

The photo booth sponsor gets a large booth right next to the interactive photo booth while families create memories that last a life time. We provide branded photo props, custom event signage, and custom social media content for your company.

Sensory/Spectrum Sponsor - $1,000

We strive to provide a full-inclusion event with a special early sensory hour for children on the spectrum to collect school supplies, meet vendors 30 minutes before the crowds, and we work towards including vendors who offer services to families with special needs. The special sensory hour, is sponsored by local businesses each year.

Every business can be included in the interactive scavenger hunt which guarantees every family will stop by your booth.

Scavenger Hunt Partner - $750

($500 with promise to bring at least 250 approved school supplies.)

As a scavenger hunt partner your business adds much needed school supplies to the event, and becomes a required stop for parents to complete the interactive scavenger hunt form and pick up their backpack at the end of the day. Scavenger hunt spaces are limited at each event, so sign up today to secure your space in the scavenger hunt.

Regular Business Marketing Booth - $350+tax

Florida penguin Productions supplies 1 table, two chairs, and a black table cloth for staging to all vendors who register for the event. Businesses that are unrelated to the Back to School theme can be involved on a limited basis, but only if they bring school supplies for families, or activities for kids.
