2022 NESCE Symposium Vendor Expo 

On Tuesday, October 18th and Wednesday, October 19th 2022 the New England Society of Clinical Engineering (NESCE) will sponsor the Northeastern Healthcare Technology Symposium at the Mystic Marriott at 625 North Road in Groton, CT. 

The program will include technical and management classes, round table discussions, service seminars, and an exhibit hall with space for more than 45 vendor booths and social events.  The vendor exhibits will run for two days on October 18th and October 19th with set-up available on Monday October 17th and early Tuesday October 18th. There will be dedicated "Expo Hours" on Tuesday October 18th from 9:30 AM - 12 PM and on Wednesday October 19th from 9:30 AM - 11 AM. Additional Networking Breaks/Expo Hours will be held on both days from 2 - 2:45 PM.

We will be hosting a vendor booth raffle - further details to follow. 

Previous Symposium attendees have included Clinical Engineers, Technology Managers, Biomedical Equipment Technicians, Hospital Directors, Administrators and other Healthcare Professionals from all over the Northeast.  

We are again inviting vendors to participate by reserving a booth at this event.  If you joined us last time and can join us again, thank you and welcome back.  If you are thinking about joining us for the first time, we look forward to working with you.

The reservation cost for a booth will be $1,950.  We are also in need of sponsors for registration, coffee breaks, lunches, a Happy Hour - wine/cheese reception in the late afternoon, and Special Event Sponsor. This is a great opportunity to highlight your company and get additional exposure (NOTE: This is a separate registration - further information to follow).

Exhibitor's Information and Agreement: 

EVENT: Northeastern Healthcare Technology Symposium - 2022

HOSTED BY: New England Society of Clinical Engineering (NESCE)

VENDOR EXHIBITS: Tuesday, October 18th and Wednesday, October 19th 2022

PLACE: Mystic Marriott in Groton, CT

VENDOR PERKS: Events are structured to allow maximum vendor and attendee interactions.

EXHIBITOR’S FEES: The fee is $1,950 and includes one booth, draped table, two chairs, wastebasket, sign for booth, 2 tickets per day for Tuesday and Wednesday’s lunches (additional lunches will cost $20/person).  The vendor will need to arrange for electrical power and extension cords directly with the hotel (further information to follow and typical cost is $100 - $120). If booth items are to be shipped prior to the event, the Vendor must coordinate with the hotel directly. 

PAYMENT FOR SPACE: Credit card only.

ACCOMMODATIONS: A block of rooms at the Mystic Marriott has been reserved for a limited time.  When making reservations please mention the NESCE Symposium to receive the special Symposium Room Rates.

INSTALLATION: Piping and drapes will be set up for booths on Monday October 17th 2022. Vendors may have access to the area beginning at 12 PM. The Exhibit Hall will also be open to vendors by 8 AM Tuesday, October 18th 2022.

CHARACTER OF EXHIBITS: NESCE reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit booth activity, which in its opinion is unsuitable.

GUARD SERVICES: Area will be locked when it is not occupied.

REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS: Removal of exhibits may commence at 4:00 PM on Wednesday October 19th, 2022 and must be completed by 6:00 PM. 

RESPONSIBILITY: The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and, hereby, agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the New England Society of Clinical Engineering (NESCE) and their agents, against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges, or fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part, thereof, excluding any suchliability caused by the sole negligence of NESCE and their agents.

CANCELLATION: In the event that the Symposium is cancelled by NESCE or the hotel, vendors will be refunded 100% of their registration fee ($1,950 plus any additional lunches purchased). No other cancellation policy applies. 

Please note: NESCE reserves the right to change booth location, schedule of events, etc. while we are still in the program planning phase. You will be asked to check a box on the registration form that you have read these terms & agreement. Please feel free to print this page for your records.

Vendors may only purchase one booth. If you register for more than one booth, NESCE reserves the right to cancel the second/additional booth of its choosing.
