2023 Aviation, Aerospace and UAS Legislative Reception
Hello Friends of the Virginia Aviation Business Association! It’s time to start making plans for the 2023 General Assembly legislative session and secure your exhibit space at the annual legislative reception.
We traditionally host more than 450 attendees from all across the Commonwealth at Main Street Station, with over 48,000 square feet of exhibit space, giving you the opportunity to display large exhibits. There will be an area designated for drone demonstrations and plenty of room for guests to enjoy the evening.
With the VABA Legislative Reception being one of the best attended events of our General Assembly Members, you will have the an opportunity to network with decision-makers from across the Commonwealth. By becoming a sponsor/exhibitor, you will have the space needed to truly demonstrate what you do best.
Tiered sponsors at the Diamond level and above will get to maximize their exposure by taking advantage of the entrance areas to display stand-up banners. This comes as one of the many brand-enhancing benefits of a sponsorship.

Time: 5:30 to 8:00 PM
Location: Main Street Station, Richmond
Transportation: A shuttle service will be provided to legislators and guests from the Pocahontas Building to Main Street Station throughout the evening.
