You are invited to a wine tasting & appetizer pairing at Preservation Kitchen featuring Barrage Cellars from Woodinville. Winemaker Kevin Correll will be pouring his handcrafted, award winning wines paired with
Chef Northern's uniquely creative appetizers. Enjoy this four course appetizer pairing and
enjoy socializing with winemaker Kevin Correll.

Featuring:

2010 "Exclamation" Riesling
Peach and Rosemary Panna Cotta

2009 "Nuclear Blonde" Chardonnay
Sonoma Valley foie gras, with compressed pears and smoked almonds

2008 "Trifecta" Merlot
Mushroom Ragu with coffee foam

2008 "Double Barrel" Cabernet Sauvignon
Braised Pork belly, smoked turnips, apple brounoise

Cost: $35 per person

Wines are available to purchase by the glass and by the bottle at tasting room prices. 
Pre-registration is required to particpate in the appetizer and wine pairing.

Registered guests will be entered into a drawing to win a $30 gift certificate from Preservation Kitchen
or a bottle of 2008 "Double Barrel" Cabernet Sauvignon donated by Barrage Cellars
and signed by winemaker Kevin Correll.
