When you complete the 40-hour Basic Family and Divorce Mediation Training you will be awarded a Completion Certificate signed by Woody and Susan that will qualify you for most family mediation panels, membership in Collaborative Practice Groups, and will provide 40 hours of credits for partial fulfillment of the training requirements for MC3 Certification.

Mosten Mediation Training is an approved MCLE provider (California State Bar Provider #8507) and this course has been approved for 37.5  MCLE and Family Law Specialist Certification hours by the State Bar of California.  This course has also been approved for Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapsits by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMPFT#75785)

The 40-Hour Family and Divorce Mediation Training has been approved for 40 hours of certification credit by MC3 and meets the requirements of the Califonria Dispute Resolution Program Act.

Mosten Mediation Training and Guthre Breer do not promise that participants will receive continuing education credit or other approvals from jurisdictions outside of California and it is the participant's sole responsibility to obtain such credit or approval.
