Pam S. Fox - CEO at Twin Lakes Community

Pam Fox is the chief executive officer at Twin Lakes Community. Part of an elite group of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Twin Lakes makes it their mission to celebrate the progression of life and dignity of the individual by empowering all members of the community to live, work and serve to their fullest potential.

Prior to joining Twin Lakes in 2008, she spent twenty years practicing law as an estate planning attorney and providing wealth management services to affluent clients of a wealth management firm in Greensboro, North Carolina.  Fox is an attorney and certified public accountant.  She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her law degree from Washington and Lee University. 

Fox is married and has three children.  She has been active in the community, having served on a number of civic and professional boards in Burlington, Greensboro and elsewhere in North Carolina.  Currently she serves on the advisory board for Truist Bank and on the boards for New Leaf Society and LeadingAge North Carolina.  In addition, she has held board positions with the NC Bar Association, the NCACPA, Lutheran Retirement Ministries and other not-for-profit organizations.
