It is challenging to really listen to the people we are meeting at a networking event.
Why? We always have an internal dialogue going in our mind about how we already see the person, not allowing us to really hear what they are saying.
In this workshop we will practice ‘reframing’ our internal dialogue, on the spot, so we can really connect with others and hear what they want us to know about them.
