Grace VandeVisser
Executive Director, Alamance County Visitors Bureau
Grace VandeVisser is the Executive Director of the Alamance County Visitors Bureau, located in the Historic Depot in downtown Burlington.
Originally from Rhode Island, she studied Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence. After completing her education, she married her husband, Greg, and moved to Maryland where she worked in various capacities within the tourism industry.
In 2013, her family moved to North Carolina. She is a current member of the Association Executives of North Carolina, the Southeast Tourism Society, the North Carolina Travel and Tourism Coalition, the North Carolina Travel Industry Association, as well as the Piedmont Triad Destination Marketing Organization, along with being involved in several local business associations within Alamance County.
Grace is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts through advertising and public relations as well as engaging with their tourism partners, and local and state agencies to increase awareness and visitation to Alamance County. She currently resides in Graham with her family and will celebrate her 28th wedding anniversary. She also is looking forward to her older daughter’s wedding in May.
