Jolly Trolley Polar Express - Saturday, December 16, 2017 - Train 7:25pm

Join us for a ride on the Polar Express! Saturday, December 16th

Join us for a magical journey as we capture the magic of the Polar Express!  First, it’s all aboard our own Polar Express Jolly Trolley for a holiday ride around Uptown Greenville complete with carols, holiday cheer, and holiday lights!  The Polar Express will make a stop along the way for a reading of Chris Van Allsburg’s “The Polar Express.”  Last, the train will make it's last stop at Santa’s Workshop at the Emerge Gallery & Art Center, Home of the Pitt County Arts Council for a Holiday Party, complete with hot cocoa, cookies, music, and a market of local handmade treasures.  The most exciting part of all, Santa has made time in his busy schedule to be there for the holiday party!

Each child will receive their own special bell to remind them of the spirit of the holidays and a free photo with Santa!  Participants who register before November 1st will receive a letter from Santa inviting them on this magical journey.

Cost (please note that pricing is broken down differently than previous years):

$25 for the first ticket (which includes one seat), $10 for additional seats (Tickets may be purchased for additional immediate family members only).

The number of tickets purchased depends on the number of seats you will have reserved on the trolley. Children under age 2 are not required to have a ticket, since they are able to sit in an adult lap. Seating is limited.

This event is a fundraiser for our Art is Good Medicine Program, and proceeds will benefit this wonderful program.  Art is Good Medicine is an Arts in Healthcare program in partnership with local healthcare providers such as Vidant Health. Professional visual artists and dancers work with adult and pediatric cancer patients and survivors.  Through the arts, patients, survivors and their caregivers can begin to cope with their challenge.
