Before you can register to receive your password-protected link for viewing released videos in the documentary series, you must first read the terms of the license agreement below: 

MONTANA CO-OPS 101 EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTARY SERIES

LICENSE AGREEMENT 

 For use of “Montana Co-ops 101: Educational Documentary Series"

 This License Agreement is made between the Montana Council of Cooperatives, an association organized and existing in the United States, with a registered address at PO Box 3027, Great Falls, MT 59403 (“Licensor”) and the member cooperative officially registered to use the video documentary series, "Montana Co-ops 101” (“Licensee”).

 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and of the mutual promises and undertakings contained herein, and other good and valuable considerations, the parties agree as follows:

 Licensee is permitted to view the videos and show them to any live audience present at co-op board meetings, co-op employee trainings, co-op annual meetings and co-op-related presentations and community events.

 Licensee agrees not to share or distribute the video series access password except as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above.

Licensee agrees not to save or share video documentaries on any digital media and is prohibited from embedding video documentaries on any websites and social media sites (e.g., Facebook).

Licensee agrees not to distribute any hard copies of the video documentaries.
