Set up an area for the picnic, manage activity stations, and clean up after the picnic.

Day of the event:

• Arrive Promptly.
• Check-In as instructed above at the site.
• All supplies will be at site for project.

Appropriate dress for all events: Dress comfortably and modestly to work with ease.
