Dr. Maxine Mimms presents the 4th Annual Let the Strings Speak Love Concert at the historical Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute. The 2019 presentation features three Terry Sisters, all of whom are professional string instrumentalists who serve as the main architects. Contributing artists such as vocalists, spoken word artists, a rhythm section, and a chamber string ensemble assist in the goal of providing a well-integrated performance. The core objective rests in the ability to create a diverse range of musical classics that reflect the brilliance of the African American cultural arts. This amazing concert is sure to be a sell-out.
