Exhibitor and Sponsor Rules and Regulations

The online registration form will ask that you attest to your reading, understanding, and agreeing to the following terms. Please read this information carefully before completing the registration form.

  • There are no refunds after March 31, 2020.

  • Subleasing and sharing of exhibit space is not permitted.

  • Exhibitors must confine their exhibit activities to the space for which they have contracted.

  • Exhibits must conform to the fire, safety and health regulations of the city in which this conference is held and all materials used in the exhibit hall, including decorations/constructions must be flame proof.

  • The ACBSP™ will not assume liability or responsibility for damage, loss or injury to an exhibit, exhibitor or representative caused by fire, theft, utility malfunction and accident or labor dispute.  An exhibitor is liable for any damage his/her exhibit or personnel causes to the property.

  • A late fee of $100 will be charged after the deadline of April 1, 2020.
