Living Shorelines for Erosion Control on Estuarine Shorelines

Participants will learn about: the benefits and limitations of using living shorelines for erosion control; living shorelines design standards; best practices for living shoreline construction and use of marsh plants and oyster shell; the permitting process for living shorelines; and living shoreline projects in the northern coastal region.
