We have a lot to celebrate at this year's 35th annual breakfast taking place on Thursday, September 23rd at the Hilton Garden Inn,
During the event, we will recognize the 2021-2022 annual PWN Scholarship Foundation recipients, as well as, hear from Melanie Lentz, Former US Secret Service Special Agent, Author, Speaker, Fitness Pro, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Melanie a became U.S. Secret Service agent at twenty-two, one of the youngest female agents ever hired. At a young age, she was trained to be an expert in physical protection. She traveled all over the country and abroad, protecting the nation's leaders, visiting foreign leaders, and major presidential candidates. Her last assignment was with former first lady Nancy Reagan. When Mrs. Reagan passed away, Melanie went through a divorce and was clinically depressed. She made the difficult choice to leave the job she loved and start protecting herself, inside and out. She's the author of Agent Innocent: How the Secret Service Changed My Life and Advance Work: A Personal Protection Assignment Workbook.
During our time together Melanie will be sharing life lessons and funny stories about how she became a Secret Service Agent.
