David Timber - MPA, PMP, LEED AP, comes with extesive experience gained after transitioning to project manager experience with design-build construction of Fallbrook and Ramona libraries, San Diego Women's Detention Facility, East Mesa Detention Facility expansion, 650-stall parking structure in downtown San Diego (Kettner Blvd.); and improvements projects such as South Bay Regional Center smart building retrofit (Chula Vista), and Sheriff's Regional Communication System radio site relocations throughout San Diego County; and organizational projects such as facility condition assessments of 5 million SF of public facilities. His projects have won People's Choice Orchid (Fallbrook Library, 2011), DBIA and other awards. David has received IFMA San Dieog's Professional of the Year award.
David has also supervised construction inspectors, facility analysts, and administrative analysts. He possesses experience with entitlements, permits, design-build, LEED, RFPs, RFQs, RFBs, space management, design development, construction contracts and management, and service contracts while teaching at the SDG&E Energy Innovation Center and UCSD Extension.
