IFMA San Diego's Wed 2/9/22 Luncheon - Meeting the ESG Reporting Requirements

This presentation will discuss the WELL Building Standard and how the pandemic has changed how companies implement the program. Learn about the surge in WELL projects and why it went from 5.7 million projects registered pre-pandemic to over 2.3 billion registered projects in 2021. With the market push for healthier, safer workplaces and the push from global investors for healthy ESG reporting, public companies are now mandated to report on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) procedures. The reporting platform for WELL Building Standard has become a widely used tool in this process. Lastly, get an understanding of how to start communicating about health & safety within your facilities and how to take action.

Denise has worked in the commercial design industry asa designer and now as an Account Executive with Milliken & Co. in the floorcovering division in SanDiego. She is actively involved on boards for IIDA, International Interior Designers Association and IFMA,International Facility Managers Association.

Non Member Fee: Membership, in IFMA and the San Diego Chapter, is on an individual basis (not by company). Therefore, to be considered a member and not charged to attend meeting/events, you (individually) have to be listed in the chapter membership records. Cancellations: Due to rising catering costs, cancellations MUST be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the event to receive a full refund. Those making a reservation, but not attending the event/meeting (“No shows”) will be charged a $75 No-Show fee.
