Join us for our festive holiday luncheon, where we'll bring the atmosphere and taste of the San Diego to life at the Santaluz Club.

We will:

  • Honor our 2023 Sponsors
  • Announce the Professional, Associate and Volunteer Members of the Year.
  • Hold our Spectacular Holiday Raffle/Silent Auction to benefit our charity of choice - Feeding San Diego!
  • Enter the Golden Ticket Drawing to win one of our many high-end prizes including $250 gift cards.  When registering, just make a $20 donation to Feeding San Diego (our charity of choice) and you will be entered to win.  You need not be present to win.
  • And finally, if you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction/Raffle, please contact Courtney Johnson.  All donated items and contributors will be recognized at the Holiday Social and in the January newsletter.

Registration Fees:

  • San Diego Chapter Members - Complimentary with chapter membership
  • Non-Chapter Members (facility managers only) - $100 until 11/27/23, $125 after
  • Non-Chapter Members (vendors/suppliers) - $150 until 11/27/23, $175 after

Members must RSVP and WILL BE CHARGED $100 for NO-SHOWS

Registration Deadline:  Thursday 12/7/2023- All registrations
made after deadline will be accepted based on space availability.

Registration Policy:
Registering for a meeting/event requires a Visa, MasterCard or American Express to be on file with IFMA San Diego. Registration deadline will be 52 hours in advance (Monday at 8AM) before the Wednesday meeting.

Late registrations:  Those made after the deadline, or walk-ins on the day of the event, will be accepted based upon available space.  Additional registration fees will be assessed: Members - $75, Non members - $175

Cancellations: Due to rising catering costs, cancellations MUST be received by December 7, 2023 to receive a full refund.  Any cancellation received after the 7th will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.  Those making a reservation, but not attending the event/meeting ("No shows") will be charged a $100 No-Show fee.

Please note: Members who cannot attend are not allowed to transfer their complimentary lunch to a non-member, even someone from their own organization.
