The Online Registration Process

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH PAYMENT

The 13th Annual Serenity By The Sea 2021 requires that, anyone wishing to attend the banquet dinner MUST sign up when they register for the event.  We will NOT be offering banquet tickets on-site.  This is because we are required to provide the hotel with a final headcount two days before the event starts.

Due to hotel pre-planning and guest count attendance requirements, we are unable to issue refunds to registrants who are unable to attend the event.  However, those needing to cancel are welcome to transfer their registration to someone else and be reimbursed by that person.  The orginal registrant must notify us with the name, badge name, email address, phone number, and mailing address of the person who will be taking their spot.  Email any necessary changes to: jerryeddleman@gmail.com

REFUND POLICY: Due to hotel pre-planning and our payment obligations to the hotel, there will be NO refunds under any circumstances. However, if something comes up that prevents you from attending, you are free to transfer & sell your registration to someone else, but please be sure to notify us of this change so that we can make the necessary adjustments on our end.
