DANCE REGISTRATION

$10 per person

Individuals with Down syndrome receive FREE
entry, lunch and a T-shirt, but must pre-register to ensure availability and proper size.

Register Now! Everyone attending must register.
Parents, guardians, or designated caretakers must remain onsite during the event.

To be pre-registered, registration forms must be completed and payment received by Tuesday, February 20th.  At-the-door registrations will also be accepted, however, the entry fee will increase to $12.00 and the availability of lunches and t-shirts will no longer be guaranteed.
