Route 66 Mother Road Bicycle Tour 

The Joplin Trails Coalition is pleased to announce Southwest Missouri's 1st "Route 66 Mother Road Bicycle Tour" Saturday, October 8th, 2011. This is in tandem with Joplin's Mother Road Marathon on Sunday, the 9th of October.

This year, you can bike and run all in the same week-end.

In our continuing effort to build and maintain multi-use trails in the SWMO area, we would like to encourage you to experience a thrilling and nostalgic ride through 3 States, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma, on Route 66.

Riders may choose to ride the 12, 33, 66, or 100 mile routes; all fully supported.

We will start at 8:30 AM and support will cease at 4 PM. Registration is $40.00 until Oct. 1st, then late registration kicks in at $50.00.
