Project Homeless Connect 2016
Project Homeless Connect is a national initiative aimed at connecting the homeless and those at risk of homelessness with core services during a one-day, one-stop service event. The goal of this event is to consolidate available services and connect individuals and families to benefits, medical care, and a variety of social services.
