CAA Ag Week - Chicken Butchery Class 

Learn how to break down a whole chicken with Laura Posiak, owner of Meatbar. Join us for an intimate class with hands-on experience in chicken butchery. Attendees will be required to bring their own knife. Pricing includes purchase of one local chicken, the class, and you will take the butchered meat home with you.
