From Martha....
What to bring? What to expect?
Bring work you would like work on, a finished piece for our pop-up show/critique on Saturday night, and bring anything that you would like to dip in casting slip (nothing with plastic or rubber in it). MOST OF ALL bring lots of questions about your work and thoughts about your ideas for the future.
My goals for the workshop are to have you walk away bursting with ideas about how to realize your vision, embracing the unknowns in art making, strategies about pushing yourself, and getting your art work out into the bigger art world. And all of this wrapped up in having a great time learning about each other and having some good l laughsJ.
I am looking forward to meeting you and seeing your work. MANY THANKS to Jill and the Center for giving us the opportunity to get together.
