Look up and what do you see?
Mathew Duman will share some images from his recent book, The Gargoyles of Yale University, pointing out the history and architectural significance of these cool grotesques.
The 3 pm public talk is free and open to everyone. Reservations are not required.
After the talk Mathew will lead a private tour from approximately 4-5 pm to view selected gargoyles observed around the neighboring Yale campus. The tour concludes with wine and cheese back at the library. Please reserve your ticket for the private tour and reception ($15 individual/$25 couple). Questions? Please call 203-946-7454.
