SLPQI Assessor Coach Training Registration - Baltimore, MD - April 2017 

Hello! This page is a registration form for the upcoming Summer Learning Program Quality Intervention (SLPQI) Assessor Coach Training that will be hosted in Baltimore, Maryland, April 19th, 20th, and 21st, 2017. The live training runs from 8:30am - 5:30pm all three days and 100% attendance is mandatory. Please fill out this form if you intend to participate in this course.

Note that the online course begins on April 3rd. You must be registered by March 24th in order to guarantee that you will receive your coursework materials in time.

Webinars will take place at 12:00PM EST.  Exact dates are:

- April 4th

- April 11th

- May 5th

Participation in webinars is required, but they will all be recorded. If you have to miss one due to a scheduling conflict, you can make up the meeting by listening to the recording.

Complete one online registration form (below) for each attendee. Shipping address should be an address where it will be convenient for the participant to receive or pick up his or her package in a timely fashion. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

The cost of the course is $1800. This cost covers course tuition, live training space, and 6 meals (breakfast and lunch all three days). PARTICIPANTS MUST PAY FOR AND ARRANGE THEIR OWN TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATIONS.

No payment is needed at this time. Your tuition and fees will either be covered by an existing contract with the Weikart Center or you will be invoiced after the training. Please note that once materials have shipped and the course start date has passed, there is a fee for dropping or otherwise not completing the course.
