Matt Toner is first and foremost a husband and father to 5 beautiful girls. He has worked for Nestlé for nearly 17 years;12 in operations and 5 in the Safety, Health and Environmental field. He enjoys all things Minnesota sports, chess, music and laughing. Matt believes that relationships are the key to driving breakthrough results and involving team members is a critical step in building a strong safety culture. He will walk through the strategies that have proved successful in the Nestlé factory in Solon along with some of the challenges that are present.
