Business Workshop - How to Choose a Business Entity

Among the many decisions you as a new business owner must make is choosing which entity (ie: legal structure) will be best for your company. While there are many other important concerns related to entity choice - e.g. legal liability, raising capital, operational matters - this workshop presents the topic from the unique perspective of a CPA and therefore has much to do with taxes (cue scary music...).
