Dear Prospective Exhibitor:

Thank you for your interst in participating at the Credit Union Association of New Mexico's 60th
Annual Meeting and Convention.  We are pleased to extend this special invitation to you!   

Exhibitor package includes:

• One representative registration and name badge
• Table top 8x10 exhibit space
• One 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and wastebasket
• Company identification sign
• Booth located in general session room
• Ongoing access and networking throughout the conference
• All meals, which provides you time to sit with attendees and network
• Access to Thursday dinner event
• Access to golf (separate fee)
• Sponsorship and advertising opportunities are available to further promote your company
• 50-word description in participant notebook

Additional representative passes, phone, internet connection, booth furniture, shipping, electrical and/or labor charges are available at an additional charge.

Special Add-on Sponsorship Opportunities are available. See actual registration for list of opportunities.

• Script announcements
• Acknowledgement in participant notebook
• Logo in PowerPoint presentation
• 3 minutes of mic time ($1,500 sponsors and up)
• 1/2 page ad in participant notebook ($1,500 sponsorships and up. Updgrade to a full page for $250 more)

Wednesday, June 12
1:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Exhibit hall setup - exhibitors only
5 :30 - 7:30 pm - Exhibitor Bingo Blast, Exhibit hall opening reception

Thursday, June 13
8:00 am to 4:30 pm - Exhibit hall open

Friday, June 14
8:00 am to 11:45 am - Exhibit hall open
Noon - Exhibit hall breakdown

 

Cancellations: All Cancellations require WRITTEN NOTIFICATION TO paula@cuanm.org according to the following:

• If cancellation is received on or before May 3, 2019 a $250.00 processing fee is applicable.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 4, 2019
