Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy 

You may substitute participants without charge at any time; just notify us by emailing Paula Lyden at paula@cuanm.org 

You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Paula Lyden at paula@cuanm.org by midnight of  Friday, March 20, 2020. 

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Paula Lyden at paula@cuanm.org by midnight of  Friday, March 27, 2020. 

No refunds will be given for cancellations after  Friday, April 3, 2020. If you have any questions regarding this policy please email or call Paula at 505-338-4226.

Harassment-free Conference Experience
The Credit Union Cannabiz Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Conference participants violating this policy may be asked to leave the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, you are not required to, but you are encouraged to report the details. Conference staff will take seriously all concerns brought to them. Harassment reduces the value of our conference for everyone. For this reason we work hard to provide a safe, professional, and learning environment for all.
