Hybrid Conference: September 28-30, 2020
We would love to see you in Las Vegas, however, due to CoVid 19 we know some credit unions have travel restricitions and some people just don't feel safe traveling this year. We get it! We are offering the National Credit Union Call Center Conference as a hybrid conference. Please join us in Vegas if you are comfortable, if not, join us in the comfort of your office or home, either way, we are doing our best to have a great conference just like we have had in the past.

Harassment-free Conference Experience
The National Credit Union Call Center Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
Conference participants violating this policy may be asked to leave the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, you are not required to, but you are encouraged to report the details. Conference staff will take seriously all concerns brought to them. Harassment reduces the value of our conference for everyone. For this reason we work hard to provide a safe, professional, and learning environment for all.
