Each break is 30 minutes. Sponsorship includes:

Hotel Rates & Reservations

 We have reserved a block of rooms at the Park MGM & NoMad Las Vegas. For stays Sunday, October 22- Wednesday, 25th our reduced average room rates are as follows:

— Park MGM King– $135.67
— Park King Strip View — $150.67
— Park MGM Two Queen Strip View — $155.67
— Nighthawk Suite — $195.67
—Park MGM Two Queen — $227.23

All guests are required to pay a $37 per day resort fee. This fee includes property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service and cardio room access for guests 18+.

Important to note, hotel reservations are NOT included in the registration price, and we will not contact attendees to book accommodations. In the past, we have heard that guests have been privately approached with the promise of lower-priced accommodations. Some claim to be official representatives of ourselves or the venue. However, they are NOT working with us, and we recommend you not do business with them.
