Substitution, Cancellation & Refund Policy 
Substitution Policy — You may substitute participants for an in-person registration without charge prior to Friday, September 22, 2023. To begin the process, please email Kelsey McKahin at kelsey@cuanm.org 

Full Refund Policy — You may cancel your in-person registration and receive a full refund of the associated registration fee provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Kelsey McKahin at kelsey@cuanm.org by midnight of Friday, September 1, 2022.  

50% Refund Policy — You may cancel your in-person registration and receive a refund of 50% of original registration provided that your cancellation notice is emailed to Kelsey McKahin at kelsey@cuanm.org between Saturday, September 2 and Friday, September 29, 2023.

No refunds will be given for cancellations after Monday, October 2, 2023. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please call Kelsey McKahin at 505-338-4248 or email kelsey@cuanm.org.

Exhibitor Option 1: $2,000

Hotel Rates & Reservations

 We have reserved a block of rooms at the Park MGM & NoMad Las Vegas. For stays Sunday, October 22- Wednesday, 25th our reduced average room rates are as follows:

— Park MGM King– $135.67
— Park King Strip View — $150.67
— Park MGM Two Queen Strip View — $155.67
— Nighthawk Suite — $195.67
—Park MGM Two Queen — $227.23

All guests are required to pay a $37 per day resort fee. This fee includes property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service and cardio room access for guests 18+.
