Attending L'BRI National Convention  

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

You must complete the online registration form and make a payment using a credit card to be fully registered for the L'BRI National Convention.  If you prefer to pay via the payment plan, AFTER you have completed this registration form you must place an order for the Convention Payment Plan (item CONV18) in your business center. The installment payment plan is available through March 30, 2018 and includes 4 equal payments of $49.75 each.  Guest registration payment cannot be processed through the payment plan. Payments will be charged to the original method of payment once monthly on or near the original date of registration. Please notify sharon@lbri.com if you have a change in your payment method. Registrations without payment will be considered incomplete and therefore not fully registered. 

Important Cancellation Information:

We understand that you may, for unforeseen circumstances, need to cancel your Convention registration. Even if you cancel your registration, L’BRI may still be responsible for the cost of materials, meals and event-related expenses planned with your registration in mind. Therefore, the timing of your cancellation does make a difference. Cancellations received after June 18 2018 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  Any registration fees paid over and above the $50 cancellation fee will be refunded.

There are no refunds available for cancellations after July 1, 2018. In the event of cancellation after July 1, participants will receive the option to have their convention materials shipped to them, at their expense, in lieu of cancellation.

Convention Day Cancellations

For those who miss the event or need to leave before they receive their products, arrangements can be made to have Convention materials shipped at their expense. Contact events@lbri.com for additional information.
