Solve Problems Through Negotiation-Part 2

The Solve Problems Through Negotiation Workshop will guide you to reframe negotiation as a way to solve problems.  This workshop engages participants in a practical approach to master the issues and the interpersonal dynamics present in all negotiations.  Learn how to identify negotiation opportunities, prepare for the situation, and achieve your desired results; maximize value by understanding how to navigate the negotiation process from setup to commitment to implementation.

Presented by Doan Winkel, The John J. Kahl, Sr., Chair in Entrepreneurship & Director of the Muldoon Center for Entrepreneurship, John Carroll University.

This workshop will explore specific strategies and allow for practice.
