Biography
Scott has served on the FEI board for four years, helping to coordinate the Career Seminars being offered to serve our members. With experience owning, operating and growing businesses in the technology arena, along with his academic experience, having been the Accounting Program Director at Marian University for the past twelve years, Scott brings insights that will help you learn and grow. 

Scott hails from the east coast, receiving his MBA from Wharton and is currently pursuing his doctorate at UW-Whitewater. Having worked for the Big 8 (been at it for a while) with what is now EY in Boston, as well as having worked at Grant Thornton in Madison, Scott has deep accounting roots with lots of business experience to share. With over thirty years living in Wisconsin, and a teacher of things ranging from photography, to motorcycle safety to technology, Scott looks forward to sharing insights that will help you improve your success in obtaining your goals.

Biography
Bill Marklein founded Employ Humanity LLC to inspire Emotional Intelligence in workplaces across the world. Marklein earned his Master's Degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with his primary research on Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and human connection. A specialized expertise for Emotional Intelligence in the business community was developed with his entire professional career spent working for small and large chambers of commerce, most recently as Community Relations Director for the Sheboygan County Chamber (WI). 

Marklein has presented nationally coast-to-coast from San Diego to Savannah on Emotional Intelligence and has trained healthcare administration on the topic at one of the largest independent health care facilities in Wisconsin. In Savannah, Marklein was a featured speaker on Emotional Intelligence at the American Chamber of Commerce Executives National Convention. Biographies
Josh Meinen, Partner, with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP has been with the firm since 1999. He specializes in the manufacturing and distribution industries, including significant involvement with life science/emerging technology companies. Josh has been an active member on the firm’s GROW (Growth and Retention of Women) Committee for the past three years.

Kimberly Herlitzka, Principal with Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, joined the firm in 1996. She focuses on helping clients find and evaluate accounting talent and has extensive experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals at all levels – from CFO to clerical level accountants. Kim oversees a team of direct hire recruiters and temporary staffing professionals. Kim was previously GROW Committee Chair and now serves on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
