Refund Policy
*Golf fees are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled due to weather, it will either be rescheduled or golf vouchers will be issued by Butte des Morts Country Club.

2019 FEI Golf Outing & Social Event


We are excited to announce and welcome you to our annual golf outing & social event! This outing is intended to be fun for all members and skill levels. 

Golfers will be responsible for their own golf fees, which includes 18 holes of golf & cart. On-site lunch and on-course beverages will also be available for purchase. Non-golfers are also encouraged to join us for the 19th Hole Social Period & Dinner. Guests are welcome!


Format
Play your own ball or have a four-person scramble – you can select either format through online registration. Please register yourself and/or your foursome now! We will do our best to assign teams to those that register individually. 


Event Schedule
10:30 AM – Driving Range/Practice Green
12:00 PM – Shotgun Start
5:00 PM – 19th Hole Social Period (Cash Bar) & Casual Dinner
7:00 PM – Event Conclusion


*Fees – Golfers
$100.00 per person for 18 holes and golf cart. *Golf fees are non-refundable.

Boxed lunches can be purchased on site at the expense of participants at the following locations: 

- The Grille before golfing
- The Oasis (9th hole mark)


Fees - Non-golfers
 There is no cost to attend the social. A casual dinner will be served at no expense; however, a cash bar will apply.
